RECOVERY...

Lessons learned bridge the way to recovery. Losses or experience deserve to be acknowledged & remembered with dignity, honour, and respect even as we regroup to move forward.

I am willing to work on forgiveness and letting go of the past in order to find peace. It's time to give it a rest. I am empowered by stillness and my virtue is silence for my newly found love stills my soul!

The sounds of silence suggest that I hold the upper hand again. I can outwit or outlast and I choose my battles wisely. I know when it's time to hold, fold, or walk away. I am a survivor and am not easily defeated.

I gain the advantage by turnabout and fair play as I enthusiastically initiate new, extreme or novel opportunities for adventure, fads, connections or enterprise.

I am an active and image conscious player in the game of life. I am empowered by signs of approval for my performance and I transform through arousal and charisma.
